PROPERTIES

We at Noroton Presbyterian Church count it a privilege to offer you the use of our facilities for your group meeting. There are a few basic standards, which we request your members to observe.

• Turn out all lights in the meeting room at the close of the meeting.
• Please leave the room and kitchen as clean as you found it. The cost of extra maintenance can be very expensive to the church. Your cooperation in this matter is much appreciated.
• Children of group members and all group members are NOT to enter classrooms of the educational building. These are set up for future use.
• SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN ALL AREAS OF THE BUILDING!
• Have your meeting day, time and location placed on the church office Master Calendar for the program year by contacting the Business Manager at 203-655-1451.
• Parking should be in the large main parking area of the church. Please instruct your group to leave the Noroton Avenue lot clear for handicapped and Clergy parking. DO NOT block the access road!
  (Fire and Police Regulation).
• We do not book-in until the payments are received.

Please share these standards with leaders and members of your group and review them from time to time. Direct your concerns to the Business Administrator who will share them with the Properties Manager, David Lee or the Property Chairperson.
