| BIBLE SUNDAY FOR SECOND GRADE CHILDREN |

| On Sunday October 25th, Bibles will be given to our Second Graders as a gift from their church family. Bible Sunday is a very special day in the life of our church and we have some celebration and activities to make it so. Parents receive guidance in moving the Bible from a hand-held device to a heart-held device. The children participate in a fun Christian based activity. |

| NPNS CHAPEL FOR FOUR YEAR OLDS AND PRE-K |
| |
| A Chapel program is offered to children who attend our four year old and Pre-K programs at the Noroton Presbyterian Nursery School. The children gather in the Sanctuary for singing followed by a Bible story. Each story is reinforced by take home pages for the children to complete with their parents. This is a great way to begin teaching children about the Bible. Parents are always welcome! |

| ADVENT 2009 |

| Each year we have an Advent Festival in Horton Hall for the entire church community. We spend our time together singing, making a craft, enjoying a delicious dinner and sharing God's love with one another. More importantly, we work together on a mission project to help us share the good news of Jesus outside of our walls. |

| CHRISTMAS EVE FAMILY SERVICES |

| Every Christmas Eve we have a very heartwarming, soul touching speacil service which invloves the participation of our children and their families in the celebration of the birth of our Lord. We do so through music sung and performed by our children, as well as a live reinactment of The Nativity. All ages are welcome to participate along with their families. |
