David pastored West Church in Haverhill, MA for 26 years before accepting the call to work with Vision New England. He witnessed a powerful expansion and growth of the church and ministry during this time.

David was born in Providence, RI and was graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a BA. He continued his studies at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, South Hamilton, MA, where he received his M.Div. He was graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA with a D.Min. in Theology. David and his wife, Louise, have three daughters and live in Salem, NH.

David is very involved in prison ministry at a local maximum-security facility. He is a member of Spanish Evangelical Church, an inner-city church in nearby Lawrence, MA. He is also involved in international missions in Romania. David is committed to a ministry of encouragement and support for young people as they discover God's plan of grace and mercy, and especially enjoys mentoring those in the pastorate.
