Since May 1st Noroton has had a room dedicated to prayer and contemplation. It is located in the narthex of the chapel and the entrance is on the right side of the building from the chapel front door. Come in for a quiet spot to pray.

Please join us in an evening of giving back. We will begin our celebration with caroling in the Sanctuary.
We will then convene to Horton Hall, where the children will decorate Christmas Stockings and fill them with donations of winter weather gear, small, gently used toys and candy.
The stockings will be donated to The Norwalk Emergency Shelter.
Our evening will end with a Pot Luck dinner!

MEN'S BIBLE STUDY

Join us as we reconvene our Men’s Bible studies in New York City and Darien. We would love for you to join us this fall! We will continue our study of Jesus’ central teaching in his Sermon on the Mount. If you were not able to join us last year please know that the study is designed for anyone to jump in at any time. And feel free to join us any week your schedule allows. My prayer is that God will use these studies to help us grow in our relationship with Jesus Christ and with one another. |
New York City - Tuesdays from 7:30am-8:30am at 200 Park Place in the MetLife Building above Grand Central Station. If you are planning to attend this study please contact my administrative assistant, Marlene Moffett at 655-1451 ext 49 or mmoffett@norotonchurch.org so that she can place your name on the security list.
Darien - Fridays in Darien, Horton Hall (new location) with a continental breakfast at 7:00am followed by worship, bible study, and small groups from 7:15am-8:00am. Our Music Minister, Dwayne Condon, will lead the worship. He will be joined by the popular Men’s Retreat band, “Electric Redemption”.

Small groups are a great was to get involved and make friends in the church. Small groups are made up of 8 to 12 adults who meet weekly or every other week on various days or evenings of the week for friendship and Bible study, or to read a book together. There is a small group available for just about everyone who can set aside 60 to 90 minutes. Join us this fall for a study of the book of Psalms. Understand and
enjoy this ancient hymn book more fully. Get to know God and perhaps yourself better through the prayer book of the
Hebrew people. Begin to use the Psalms not only for personal
meditation but also as a way to care for others. While the rest
of Scripture speaks to us, the Psalms help US speak to God.

Come for one week, for many weeks, or come every week for support and care. DivorceCare is a 13-week DVD seminar series and recovery group for people experiencing divorce and separation. This weekly offering is open to all in our churches, in our towns, to all in our communities and neighborhoods. The DivorceCare series features some of the nation’s foremost experts on divorce and recovery topics. The evening DVD presentation is followed by group discussion time.
