On television we have seen athletes taking a knee before the start of football games while at other times people have taken to the street to protest violence, injustice, and racism. That last word is one that has for a long time has been difficult to talk about openly in many corners of society--even the church. But we can't afford to continue our silence.
At this year's Man Event, brothers from Noroton and Macedonia will be talking about Race and the Church. Our morning will include: important teaching, guided conversations, fellowship, and of course a delicious catered lunch. Men of all ages are invited to join us for this conversations--and dads are encouraged to bring their high school and college age sons.
To help us in planning this year's event, please register no later than Sunday, October 22.
Cost per person is $30.00.
Mark your calendars and begin inviting your buddies.
