NPC Tot Drop is a licensed day care/flexible childcare service open to the community. Although the major focus is flexible childcare, full-time and part-time day care are also offered for working parents. The program operates year round with some closures for holidays and yearly maintenance. Children between the ages of six months and four years are cared for by professional Childcare Providers/Teachers. Registration is required prior to use.

NPC Tot Drop follows the Darien Public School system for closure due to snow or weather emergencies. When schools are CLOSED, NPC Tot Drop is closed. For a ONE HOUR DELAY, we will open at 10 am . For a 90 MINUTE DELAY, we will still open at 10 am . Listen to a Connecticut radio station such as FM: WEBE 108 or STAR 99.9 or AM: WSTC 1400, WNLK 1350, WGCH 1490 to get timely information about school closings.

NPC Tot Drop will be closed on the following days: New Year’s Day,(when New Year's Day falls on a Sunday, Tot Drop is closed the following Monday) Martin Luther King, Presidents’ Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th Week, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Wednesday before Thanksgiving (closes at 1pm), Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Week.

The church also offers childcare for families that engage in organized worship, Bible Study and other church related activities. Registration and advance notice is required.
