Casas por Cristo, Juarez, Mexico
	www.casasporcristo.org Join us just across the border from El Paso , TX to build a house with Casas por Cristo and share the love of Jesus Christ. “Casas por Cristo is Spanish for ‘Houses because of Christ.’ [It] is a non-denominational Christian ministry started in 1993 to address the needs of the poor in Mexico .” Thousands of families in Mexico live in houses made out of shipping palettes, cardboard, scrap wood and metal, and car parts. They are desperately in need of decent shelter. Casas por Cristo connects willing volunteers to families in Juarez . In 2008, a group of approximately 60 students and parents from NPC built two houses over the course of four days. When we return in the Spring of 2009, we hope to do even more.
