Pivot Ministries

For many years Noroton has been in partnership with Pivot Ministries. The word "Pivot" means "a point of turning." Pivot Ministries makes that turning point available for troubled men who desire to turn away from the bondage of drug and alcohol abuse. Their mission is to treat drug and alcohol addiction through a 16-month program that strongly draws upon the healing power of Jesus Christ. Since its founding in 1970, hundreds of men have been set free and now live drug and alcohol-free lives.

Noroton provides support to Pivot in the form of mission giving as well as the hosting of an annual food drive.
