Classes

Classes are small, with an average of 12 children per classroom (with two teachers for 3s, 4s, and Pre-K).

The two-year-old classes meet two or three times per week: Monday and Tuesday or Wednesday thru Friday. There are both a.m. and p.m. classes. There are six children with two teachers, or a 1:3 ratio. Children must be two by September 1 to be eligible.

Classes for three-year-olds meet two, three or four times a week. There are both a.m. and p.m. classes. There is also a 4 Day Split meeting M/T A.M. and Th/F P.M. All classes are open to children who are three before January 1 of enrollment year.

The four-year-old classes meet four and five days (Tues. - Fri. and Mon. - Fri.) a week. There are both a.m. and p.m. classes and are open to students who are four before January 1 of enrollment year. Our Pre-K program (children who have completed a four's program, but will benefit from an additional year of nursery school) meets five days per week, 9-1 p.m.

We provide a print rich language-rich environment, in which books, visual displays, verbal interaction, and field trips broaden the children's understanding of the familiar world. Songs and creative movement in shared group time further enrich our comprehensive curriculum.
